SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On 11/16/2022 at approximately 0933 hrs. Vermont State Police, Waterbury Fire Dept., Waterbury Ambulance Service and VT DMV Enforcement Division responded to a report of a car vs. tractor trailer crash on I-89 in Waterbury.
Investigation determined both vehicles were northbound when the vehicle driven by Healy lost control and collided with the side of the tractor trailer. It then left the roadway and collided with a rock formation in the median.
Healy sustained injuries to her head, shoulders and torso. Her vehicle was totaled.
