SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On the above listed date and time, the Vermont State Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash near 30 Maple Hill Road in the Town of Barton. Investigation revealed Morris was traveling north on Maple Hill Road when Gonyaw failed to yield the right of way when attempting to turn right, out of her driveway and onto Maple Hill Road causing Morris to crash into her. Morris reported non-life-threatening injuries. Gonyaw reported no injuries. Morris’s vehicle was towed from the scene by Wright’s Towing.
