SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On the above date and time, the VSP Derby Barracks responded to a report of a minor two-vehicle crash at the described location. No injuries were reported.
Investigation revealed operator 2 was stationary at the stop sign on Elm St at the intersection of Beebe Rd, preparing to make a turn to the left. Operator 1 approached from the rear and while attempting to turn right at the same intersection, struck the rear of operator 2’s vehicle. Damage was minor and both vehicles were driven from the scene. Operator 1 was issued a written warning.
