SUMMARY OF CRASH:
Vermont State Police was contacted on the above date and time regarding a reported two vehicle crash. Troopers responded and determined both vehicles were traveling on Railroad Street towards Woodsville, New Hampshire. Operator 2 (Scott) slowed her vehicle after she observed pedestrians on the opposite side of the roadway. Operator 1 (Juvenile) was following too closely and unable to brake in time which resulted in a collision. Vehicle 1 was towed from the scene due to disabling damage.
