SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On the above date and time, VSP Derby Troopers, along with fire and EMS, were dispatched to a report of a single-vehicle rollover at the above location. Upon arrival the vehicle was located overturned off of the roadway. The three occupants including Davis were out of the vehicle and complained of injury. All three were transported to North Country Hospital for injuries which are not believed to be serious.
The investigation revealed Davis had traveled at imprudent speeds causing him to lose control of the vehicle, which subsequently left the roadway, traveled down an embankment and overturned. This crash resulted in a brief roadway closure.
