SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the aforementioned date and time, Troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash with reported minor injuries. Upon arrival and investigation, Julie Bright was found to be operating with a criminally suspended driver’s license. She was cited to appear in court and released roadside.
