On March 22, 2021 at approximately 0927 hours, Williston VSP Troopers responded

southbound on-ramp in Williston, VT. Through investigation, it was found that

operator #1 Connor lost control after the truck he was operating had a

reported brake issue. Despite the brake failure, Connor was able

to take evasive action and avoid vehicles that were stopped at the bottom of VT

Route 2A at Interstate 89. While taking evasive action the truck rolled on to

its side by the Exit 12 southbound on-ramp. Connor sustained minor injuries as a

result of the crash. The southbound on-ramp was intermittently shut down while wreckers

worked to upend the truck. Troopers were assisted at the scene by The Williston Police

Department, Williston Fire Department, and The Department of Motor Vehicles.
