SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On 05/28/2020 at approximately 1715 hours, the Vermont State Police responded to a two vehicle crash on Ethan Allen Highway in the Town of New Haven. Troopers identified the at fault operator as Monique Simpson (27) of Vergennes, VT. Upon investigation, Troopers discovered Simpson was traveling north bound on Ethan Allen Highway when she rear ended a tractor trailer that was turning right into a driveway. Simpson was transported to UVM Hospital for evaluation. Her injuries are undetermined at this time.
Troopers were assisted on scene by members of New Haven Fire Department, New Haven Rescue, Bristol Rescue and Rutland EMS.
