SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On September 7th, 2022, at approximately 1912 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Williston Barracks were advised of two car motor vehicle crash on Irish Settlement RD,in the Town of Underhill, VT. Investigation on scene revealed that Boardman was traveling north on Irish Settlement RD when he noticed two runners in the roadway and moved over to avoid them. While moving over operator 2, Rushlow was at the end of her driveway when Boardman struck her vehicle. Vehicle one was towed due to the front end damage, and both operators were transported to UVM for minor head injuries.
