SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On the attached date and time, Vermont State Police responded to a two vehicle crash with possible injuries on US Route 302 at the intersection of Wallace Hill in Newbury, VT. Upon arrival both operators were out of the vehicles walking around. Investigation determined vehicle 1 operated by Hinkson who failed not notice vehicle 2 operated by Magee slowing down to make a left turn. Vehicle 1 slammed into the rear of vehicle 2. Both vehicles sustained damaged and needed towing from the scene. Magee was transported to Cottage Hospital with neck pain.
