SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On October 7 2021 at 1626 hours, Vermont State Police received a call regarding an ATV vs Car crash in the area of 4756 West Enosburg Road. Statements from both operators and evidence from the crash scene indicated that Operator 1 failed to assure that there was no traffic when crossing West Enosburg Rd. from west to east. Vehicle 2 was traveling North and collided with the ATV in the northbound lane of travel. The operator of the ATV was brought to Northwestern Medical Center to be treated for his injuries.
