SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On September 18, 2021, at approximately 1401 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks located a two-vehicle crash on US RT 7, Marcell Fuel Company, in Pittsford, Vermont.
Through investigation it was determined Operator #1 (Child) was operating vehicle #1, traveling north on US RT 7. Operator #2 (Tremblay) was operating vehicle #2, traveling south on US RT 7. Vehicle #1 crossed the double yellow centerline and collided, head on, with Vehicle #2. Both operators sustained serious injuries that are not expected to be life threatening.
The Vermont State Police were assisted on scene by Pittsford Fire / Rescue and Regional Ambulance Service.
