It is common for a negligent driver to cause injuries to more than one person. Most of the time there is enough insurance to pay damages to all injured people. If there isn’t a person injured in a car accident can pursue a claim for additional damages under their own policy. This is called an underinsured motorist claim. If you have any questions about your car accident please call David Polow for a free consultation. My number is [nap_phone id=”LOCAL-REGULAR-NUMBER-1″].
In this crash both the drivers of the first and second vehicle should be able to make a claim against the third driver’s insurance company.
