SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time Troopers from the Vermont State Police Middlesex Barracks were advised by the Plainfield Fire and Rescue squad that there was a single vehicle crash on Maple Hill Rd in Marshfield, VT. Troopers responded to the scene and identified the female operator as Clements. Subsequent investigation led to the operator being arrested for suspicion of DUI. The operator was taken into custody without incident and transported for processing. Clements was later released on a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer for the charge of DUI.
