SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On June 26, 2020 at approximately 1249 hours, Troopers from the St. Johnsbury barracks responded to a motor vehicle collision on Memorial Drive in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. Upon arrival both vehicles were parked safely off the highway.
Investigation revealed Richard Fisher (69) was traveling south bound on Memorial Drive and slowed down to make a left turn. Mary Jane Page (80) was following behind Fisher and failed to brake in time resulting in her rear ending Fisher.
