SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 07/13/2020 at 2324 hours, the Vermont State Police enacted a motor vehicle stop on a ride on mower on VT RT 2, Marshfield. While speaking with the operator, who was identified as Anthony Russell, indicators of impairment were detected. Upon completion of the investigation, Anthony was placed under arrest and transported to the Vermont State Police Middlesex Barracks for processing. Anthony was released on a citation to appear in court at a later date.
