SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 07/01/2020 at approximately 1551 hours, the Vermont State
Police responded to a report of a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Buzzell Road
and Farrar Road in the Town of Newport Center, VT. Upon troopers arrival the
operators were identified as Meg Sargent and Meghan Gervais. Both operators reported
they were not injured. Investigation revealed Sargent traveling west of Farrar Road failed
to yield to traffic on Buzzell Road. Gervais traveling south on Buzzell Road subsequently
struck Sergeants vehicle in the intersection. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by
Rays Auto.
